Scott M. Hall
Vice President of Operations

His success in the areas of System Analysis, Systems Design, and Database Design has been facilitated by a broad and varied skillset developed through Scott’s past roles as a Certified Public Accountant and Management Consultant with KPMG, Manager General Accounting of Cable & Wireless Communications, and Controller of International Reporting Information Systems.
Scott's in-depth knowledge is most effectively applied to legacy application conversions as well as to systems integration projects which by their nature require the application of Business Process Analysis; and, where necessary application of Business Process Re-Engineering techniques to dissemble departmental silos thereby facilitating improved efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment of delivered solutions.
Whether implemented through client/server or web-based technologies, operational systems, as well as those which manage an organization’s assets, require implementation of appropriate checks and balances. Best practices require a review of internal systems controls to minimize risk of loss through misappropriation of an entity's assets whether revenue, inventory, or liquid funds. Scott’s expertise in this critical area rests on his training and practice as a Certified Public Accountant.
Scott graduated magna cum laude from the Robins School of Business of the University of Richmond, with a degrees in Accounting and Finance. He obtained his Masters in Information Systems from George Mason University.
