Lynn Korink-Hall, CEO and co-founder of Synergy Group IT, has led the company through 30+ years of successful delivery of mission-critical software solutions to entities across the Commercial, International Labor Union, and Government related arenas. Lynn provides actionable strategic guidance to ensure cross-organization quality control, to dictate corporate market direction, and to ensure effective workforce engagement management. Her focus on improving and expanding Synergy’s differentiated capabilities provides the critical discriminators which fuel growth of an expanding diverse client base.

Lynn’s commitment to, and knowledge of, agile development methods dates to early career successes as Senior Manager of the Revenue Services and Systems Engineering Group at MCI/Verizon. The team of 10 – 15 business and systems analysts were tasked with developing specialized billing applications, interfaced with legacy systems, to support strategically directed marketing promotions geared to the organization’s top-tier business customers. Equally important, the team was tasked to provide the Senior Vice President of Financial Operations timely responses to ad hoc requests to address dropped minutes, tax rate discrepancies, call center discrepancies as well as detailed process and system analysis audits. Agile Project management techniques were developed to provide rapid analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of such sub-systems mirrored today’s definition of scrum sprints.

Lynn graduated Summa Cum Laude from Westhampton College with a degree in Economics. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary graduating Magna Cum Laude.
